Welcome to The Socialogy. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or purchasing any service.

1. Overview

The Socialogy (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a remote social media studio offering content creation, trend strategy, and branding services for small businesses and entrepreneurs. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our website and services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, booking a service, or purchasing any product, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Services Provided

The Socialogy provides customized creative and strategic services, including:

  • Video content creation and editing

  • Trend strategy and direction

  • Social media planning and consulting

  • Brand and content optimization

All services are tailored to each client after a discovery call and confirmation of payment.

4. Payments and Billing

Full payment is required before any work begins.

  • Once payment is received, your project will be added to our schedule.

  • Payments are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our work.

  • We accept payments via approved methods listed on our website or in your invoice.

  • If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel or delay the start of your project.

By purchasing any service, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all applicable charges.

5. Scheduling and Delivery

After full payment is received, The Socialogy will confirm your project timeline. You agree to provide any required materials (brand assets, photos, etc.) by the requested date. Delays in providing materials or feedback can extend delivery times.

6. Revisions and Edits

Each package includes a set number of revisions, clearly stated in your proposal or contract. Revisions must be requested within the agreed project period. Any additional changes may result in extra fees.

7. Ownership and Usage Rights

Because all projects are paid in full before work begins, ownership of the final deliverables will transfer to the client once the project is completed and approved.

The client has full rights to use the final content created by The Socialogy for their own marketing and business purposes.

All internal tools, templates, systems, and creative processes used to produce the work remain the sole property of The Socialogy. These materials cannot be resold, shared, or claimed as original by the client.

8. Confidentiality

All client information, assets, and communications are kept confidential. We do not share or sell client data.

9. Results Disclaimer

The Socialogy provides creative and strategic services to improve your brand’s visibility and consistency. While we use current best practices, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as engagement, reach, or sales.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

All payments made to The Socialogy are final and non-refundable.
Because each project is customized, significant time and resources are dedicated to planning and creative direction immediately after payment is received.

Once payment is submitted, no refunds, chargebacks, or credit transfers will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to client dissatisfaction, changes of mind, delays in providing materials, or lack of implementation by the client.

If a client wishes to postpone or pause a project, written notice must be provided at least seven (7) business days before the scheduled start date. The project may be rescheduled once, within 30 days, subject to availability and mutual agreement. After that period, the project will be considered canceled, and all payments forfeited.

Failure to communicate or provide required materials within the agreed timeline will not qualify for a refund. The Socialogy reserves the right to terminate a project due to extended client inactivity, non-responsiveness, or breach of these Terms.

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms in full.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Socialogy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of our website, content, or services.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a new revision date. Continued use of our site or services means you accept the changes.
